Peanut Butter Mousse

2 cups cream whipped
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup cream cheese softened
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup powdered sugar sifted

With whisk attachment whip cream to soft peak and set
aside.

Next whip cream cheese with sugar until fluffy, add
vanilla, now add peanut butter and mix well, scraping
often.

Now fold whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture
until incorporated.

Chill until ready to serve.
