a Clemson University Alumni Distinguished Professor Emeritus of Economics and
interim Dean of the College of

Grové who plays ingénue Polly Browne in a new
production of The
Boy Friend now on tour from Goodspeed Musicals. Directed by Julie
Andrews, who made her American theatre debut in the role of Polly Browne
in 1954, The Boy Friend is a romantic spoof of 1920s musical comedy.
It opens Tuesday, October 25 and continues through Sunday, October 30 at the
Peace Center in Greenville, SC.
