Electronic Communities.
  Dr. Bob Becker, Director of the Strom Thurmond Institute on Government and Public Affairs at Clemson University talks with Clemson University professors Greg Hawkins, Assistant Director and Research Coordinator at the Jim Self Center on the Future, and Tharon Howard, director of the Master of Arts in Professional Communication program and the Usability Testing Facility in the Department of English. Both professors are involved in the Boys and Girls Club of America ONE Leadership program and electronic community development.

First days. 
Beaufort writer Vivian Bikulege, a columnist with the Lowcountry Weekly, describes her move to this South Carolina coastal community.

A wunnerful woman.  Roy Scott talks with singer Ralna English, one of “Four Wunnerful Women” from television’s Lawrence Welk Show. Ralna English will perform with her singing partner and former husband Guy Hovis on October 12 at the 2005 South Carolina State Fair.

2004 Harvest Concert Series.  Eric Rodgers talks with public relations director Christine Drais, about this week’s celebration of the release of a CD compilation of performances from the 2004 concert series held at the Fran Hanson Discovery Center at the SC Botanical Garden.  The celebration and first concert of the 2005 series takes place Thursday, October 6th, with Tugalo Holler followed by a jam session with members of other bands from the CD. The 2004 Harvest Concert Series CD features bluegrass and traditional string musicians: EZ Duzit, Drover's Old Time Medicine Show, Grass Roots Revue, Curtis Blackwell & the Dixie Bluegrass Boys, Tugalo Holler, and Steve McGaha & Dean Watson. Reality TV in Darlington, SC.  Bob Schuster talks with Mark Allen, a producer of Driver X: Race for the Ride, a Brainbox reality series that airs on Discovery beginning on October 24.
