MONDAYS
A variety of pre-recorded features, including Dr. Bob Becker, director of the Strom Thurmond Institute for Government and Public Affairs, hosting interviews on current issues of interest and concern to South Carolina, the Southeast, the nation and the world. Topics range from developments in state and national news to ongoing issues that affect our state's growth, economy, educational system, political and legislative decisions, land use and quality of life. Other segments examine the range of performing and visual arts available in South Carolina. From the traditional music of the region performed by local artists to the music of internationally known classical, jazz and contemporary performers; from the works of classical and modern playwrights, poets, novelists, and historians to literature for children and young adults; from the permanent and traveling artwork collections at galleries and museums across the state to the folk arts handed down from generations of SC artisans and performers. Frequent contributors include Mickey Harder, Glenn Hare and Mark Hosler of the Brooks Center for the Performing Arts and Michelle Martin of the Clemson University English Department.

TUESDAYS
A rotation of live call-in segments on the following schedule:
First Tuesday--A discussion of wellness-related topics with nationally recognized health and nutrition expert Dr. Anne Kulze, MD, author of Dr. Ann's 10-Step Diet: A Simple Plan for Permanent Weight Loss and Lifelong Vitality.

Second Tuesday--The bug guys answer listener questions about insects, spiders, and every other kind of household pest. Hosted by Charlotte Holt and featuring the tag team of Dr. Eric Benson, a Clemson Extension Urban Entomologist and Cam Lay, Assistant Head of the Department of Pesticide Regulation.

Third Tuesday--A discussion of garden, lawn and landscape plants. Hosts include Clemson Extension horticulturist Bob Polomski, Dr. Lisa Wagner and her colleagues from the SC Botanical Garden, and Dr. James Blake and horticulture specialists on the staff of the Extension Home and Garden Information Center (HGIC).

Fourth Tuesday--A discussion of birding and other backyard wildlife with naturalist Patrick McMillan, host of Expeditions with Patrick McMillan.

WEDNESDAYS
A rotation of live call-in segments on the following schedule:
First Wednesday--A discussion of seasonal natural resource topics.  Hosted by communications director Mike Willis of the SC Department of Natural Resources and featuring a rotating panel of experts from the SC DNR.

Second Wednesday--A pet care discussion that addresses listener questions and concerns about the health, nutrition, and behavior of their animal companions. Hosted by Dr. Glenn Birrenkott of the Clemson University Department of Animal and Veterinary Sciences with guest experts Dr. Bobby Long of Magnolia Veterinary Hospital in Anderson and Dr. Nathan Craddock of Tiger Town Animal Hospital in Clemson.

Third Wednesday--The Tech Guys take questions on a variety of topics including basic computer repair, software applications, internet technologies, smart phones, iPods and other portable electronics, new LCD and Plasma display technologies and related subjects.  Co-hosted by Your Day program manager Eric Rodgers and Phil Yanov, a prolific blogger and founder of the GSA Technology Council.

Fourth Wednesday--A discussion of public health issues hosted by Jon Keith.

THURSDAYS
A variety of pre-recorded features, including Donna London, director of the Jim Self Center on the Future with interviews on South Carolina growth issues as they apply to our communities and environment, featuring guest experts from across the state and the nation. Other segments take listeners around the state for information on a variety of topics including recreation and tourism opportunities, sporting events, youth programs, environmental conservation efforts, special entertainment events, human interest stories, recipes and food preparation tips.
